DELIVERY INFORMATION

For product purchases totaling over $500 (excluding GST) the delivery is FREE.
The delivery charges for orders under $500 are as follows:
$6 per   Auckland Region Order
$10 per NZ Wide Order 
However unusually large or bulky items (over 20kg) will incur an additional charge. Also when an urgent courier request is made, additional costs may be charged.

When we receive notification of an order, we generally process and pack the order with 24 hours and contact the courier company for collection.
We ship orders Monday to Friday due to the courier service's working hours.
Delivery is within New Zealand only and to physical addresses only.

Confirmation email will be sent when the products have been shipped, which will include the following information:
Dispatch Date
Order/Invoice number
Name of the courier company
Tracking Number
Delivery Address
Please note that the courier requires a signature to confirm delivery. If nobody is able to sign for the package at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a calling card in the mailbox and alternative delivery arrangements can be made.
