Shipping Rates
We offer delivery throughout New Zealand at the following rates:

Additional Charges
Unusually large or bulky items may incur additional shipping charges. Additional fees may also apply to urgent courier requests. We will contact you if any additional charges are required.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are generally processed and packed within 24 hours of receipt.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, in accordance with courier operating hours.
Delivery is available within New Zealand only and to physical addresses only. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

Delivery & Signature
A signature may be required upon delivery. If nobody is available to receive the package, the courier may leave a calling card with instructions for arranging redelivery or collection.
