HB Body P981 1K Epoxy Primer is a fast-drying single-component epoxy primer designed to provide excellent adhesion and corrosion protection on metal substrates.

Mixing & Application

• Mix with approximately 50% reducer
• Spray viscosity: 25-32 sec DIN 4 at 20°C
• Recommended nozzle size: 1.3 -1.5 mm
• Apply 2 coats (60-80 um total film thickness)
• Flash-off time between coats: 5-10 minutes at 23°C

Drying

• Air dry: 45-60 minutes at 23°C
• Force dry: 10-20 minutes at 60°C
• Sanding: P400-P500 dry or P800-P1000 wet
