Maxfill 1K Single Shot Primer Filler is a high-build acrylic lacquer primer designed for fast spot repairs and covering minor defects on putty or existing paint finishes.

Mixing & Application
- Ready to use 1K primer filler
- Apply 1 thin coat followed by 1 wet coat
- Flash-off time: 5 – 8 minutes between coats
- Film thickness: 60 – 80 μm
- HVLP spray gun: 1.5 – 1.7 mm nozzle at 1.8 – 2.0 bar
- Conventional spray gun: 1.6 – 1.8 mm nozzle at 3.0 – 4.0 bar
Drying
- Dust free: approximately 10 minutes at 25°C
- Fully cured: 30 – 45 minutes at 25°C
- Force dry: 10 – 15 minutes at 60°C
